Anyapp Technologies Ltd (“AnyApp”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) service AnyDate application and related websites (“AnyDate”, "app", “software” or “site”) and several related services (all such services, “Services”).

AnyDate provides users ("Users" or "You") with an organized and connected experience with your loved ones by offering a convenient and intuitive platform for managing reminders, events, and special occasions. Our app is designed to simplify your life, whether it's remembering birthdays, anniversaries, or other important dates.

Your Acceptance

This is an agreement between AnyApp Technologies Ltd. ("Anydate.app”) registered at 57B Egypt Road, Barnawa, Kaduna, 800242 Nigeria the owner and operator of Anydate.app ("AnyDate.app”, “AnyDate”, the “App", “Site”, “Software”, or “Service”) and you, a user of the Service.

In order to user the service, you must first agree to these Terms of Service and AnyDate Privacy Policy (the "Terms") govern your use of AnyDate's software applications, websites, tools, or other services and features provided by AnyDate (collectively referred to as the "Services"). By accessing or using any of the Services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use the Services.

Certain features of the Services may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or rules, which will be posted within or on the Services in connection with such features. All such additional terms, guidelines, and rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Grant of Rights

AnyDate grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to access and use the app and its features for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license is solely for your use and does not extend to any third party. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any portion of the app or its content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from AnyDate. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by AnyDate.

AnyDate, we are dedicated to delivering outstanding support, upgrades, and updates for our services. Our committed support team is readily available to address any questions, concerns, or issues you may encounter while using AnyDate. We do not guarantee that our support services will be error-free or uninterrupted, but we strive to provide timely and effective assistance to all users.

Our support services include:

• FAQs and Help Center: We have a comprehensive FAQ section and Help Center available within the app to address common inquiries and provide step-by-step guides on using AnyDate's features.
• Customer Support: If you require further assistance, our customer support team is available to address your specific needs. You can reach out to us via email, chat support, or through our contact form within the app.
• Bug Reporting: Should you encounter any technical issues or bugs while using AnyDate, we encourage you to report them to our support team. We take all feedback seriously and strive to resolve issues promptly to ensure a seamless user experience.

User Obligations and Restrictions

As a user of AnyDate, you agree to the following obligations and restrictions:

1. You must be at least 13 years old to use AnyDate. If you are under 13, you may not use the app.
2. You are required to comply with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of AnyDate while using the app.
3. You must use the AnyDate app in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party agreements.
4. You agree not to use AnyDate for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to transmitting any harmful, threatening, defamatory, or obscene content.
5. The AnyDate app is intended for personal use only. You may not use the app for any commercial purposes without prior authorization from AnyDate.
6. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when using the AnyDate app, including during registration and profile creation.
7. You may not use AnyDate to collect or store personal information about other users without their consent.
8. You may not use AnyDate to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the app's functionality or performance.
9. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the AnyDate app or its components.
10. You agree to respect the privacy and rights of other users of the AnyDate app and refrain from engaging in any behavior that may harass, abuse, or offend others.

Proprietary Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to AnyDate app, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by AnyDate and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the app or its content is strictly prohibited.

Content

The Service permits the creation of information, including but not limited to text, images, location and other data submitted by you and other users ("Content"). You are solely responsible for any content you post or communicate directly within AnyDate app, and you agree to adhere to the following guidelines:

• Truthfulness: Content must be true and not false or misleading.
• Appropriateness: Content must not be threatening, disparaging, defamatory, pornographic, racially or ethnically offensive, discriminatory, insulting, slanderous, or otherwise illegal or inappropriate.
• Ownership: You must own the content or have the right to distribute it.
• Intellectual Property: Content must not infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
• Legality: Content must not include information that you are not legally entitled to distribute, such as insider or confidential information.
• No Solicitation: Content must not contain unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional material, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.
• No Harmful Technology: Content must not contain software viruses or any other technology that may harm the AnyDate app, its interests, or its users.
• Accuracy and Fairness: Content must be accurate, fair, and non-disparaging of AnyDate, the app, or other users. Additionally, when providing feedback, testimonials, or reviews, you agree to be fair, accurate, and non-disparaging.

Third-Party Content

AnyDate app may include links to content from third-party websites and services. These third-party content, websites, and services are governed by their respective terms and conditions, and AnyDate assumes no liability for such third-party content, websites, or services.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AnyDate MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THEIR QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

You understand and acknowledge that the Services may be unavailable from time to time, and AnyDate shall not be liable for any inability to use the Services for any reason.

AnyDate makes no warranty or representation regarding the availability of the Services in any particular location. If you choose to access and use the Services, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for complying with any applicable laws related to such access and use of the Services.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT AnyDate SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES OR THE CONTENT, even if AnyDate has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In particular, AnyDate shall not be liable for any information stored or processed within the Services, including the costs of recovering such information. Your sole recourse with respect to any issues or dissatisfaction with the Services is to uninstall the AnyDate application and discontinue use of the Services.

AnyDate DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR THE VALIDITY, RELIABILITY, OR ACCURACY OF THE CONTENT AND INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH AND IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SERVICES. ANY USE OF SUCH CONTENT AND INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude AnyDate's liability for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including any rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory consumer law.

FEES

AnyDate offers certain features or services for which a fee will be payable ("Paid Services"). Your purchase of Paid Services may be subject to foreign exchange fees or variations in prices based on your location. By purchasing or subscribing to Paid Services, you agree to pay AnyDate the applicable fees ("AnyDate Fees") and taxes in accordance with the applicable third-party payment and billing terms, which are hereby incorporated by reference.

You will be charged the applicable fees and taxes during the subscription period unless you cancel the Paid Service, in which case you agree to pay these fees through the end of the applicable subscription period. AnyDate may change the fees from time to time by posting the changes in the app or by notifying you in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as otherwise expressly provided herein or as required by applicable law. Failure to pay these fees may result in suspension or termination of your service or subscription.

TERMINATION

Your access to and use of the AnyDate app continues until these Terms are terminated. AnyDate reserves the right to terminate these Terms and your use of the Services at any time with thirty (30) days' advance notice. You may also terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the AnyDate application and discontinuing the use of the Services. These Terms will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with them. Upon any termination, you agree to cease using the Services.

If termination occurs due to your breach of these Terms, you will not be refunded any license fees or other prepaid fees, if any. However, if termination is initiated by AnyDate without cause, you may request a refund of any unused prepaid fees by providing a receipt of such fees and clear payment instruction in your written request.

Provisions of sections regarding Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Termination, and Governing Law shall survive any termination of these Terms.

ASSIGNMENT

AnyDate reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to freely assign and transfer the rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CHANGES

AnyDate reserves the right to change the services at any time, including adding or removing features or discontinuing the services. AnyDate also reserves the right to modify these terms at any time by providing revised terms to the user or by publishing the revised terms within the services. In the event of material changes, the user shall always be notified and provided the option to immediately terminate the services. If you choose to terminate the services, you will be refunded any unused prepaid fees upon your written request, provided a receipt of such fees and clear payment instructions are included in your request. The revised terms shall become effective upon such publishing or notification to the user. You will always find the latest version of these terms at AnyDate's Terms of Service page. Any continued use by you of the services following publication or notification of revised terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
